So how do we Repopulate our Gut with the “Good” Gut Bacteria?

How DO we do this?


Well I think Diet is very very important. 

Sugar and Carbs feed the “Bad” Gut Bacteria

Raw veggies which have not been excessively cleaned contain the “Good” Gut Bacteria that we need.

Probiotics are brilliant at injecting the Gut with friendly bacteria and so is natural yoghurt with the live cultures.

Not only do foods contribute to the state of our gut but they also can play a very important role in controlling inflammation int he body.  Alopecia causes an Inflammatory response in the body and so it makes sense to try to eat foods which are going to counteract this.
