Sample Food Diary


A food diary is a good way to keep track of what you are eating on a regular basis until you are in a good routine.  Here is an example it is also good for tracking what foods may be causing you problems if you write down your symtoms too.  I felt it forces you to really listen to your body and make the necessary adjustments.  Good luck
